Chocolate people!! have you ever got a chance to play with chocolate and make a beautiful artwork with it...I don't think so!!

Anybody want a cigrate...This will not kill! Or give you lung cancer..

Chocolate is everybody favourate when it come to eating it..

But when it come to knowing chocolate i think it will be Zero! In your head

..hehe

I realise now that chocolate is now only everybody favourate 

but also a very knowledgeable ingredient...

You can actually learn so many thing just from this...

So try learning something about it ..You will be amaze in every way

And don't consume to much ..It will just make you fatter!

Butchery

where everything that comes to meat is handel in this dipartment

the first class is interesting..let me teach you how to make 

Sausages!!

The thing you have to do is means the meat and add some spices with seasoning

which you can't because you need some special machine to means the meat until very solf

then you must put in this machine(on the pic below) to press it out

Look at it...Does it look like a Longg! condom put on a metal stick.. 

actually that sheep intestine..haha

And this is what it turn out..big juicy sausages..haha

That all people..if there more delicious thing i will remember to update the photoes..haha

Sugar

Few Weeks ago there some competition held in KDU which is only for High School student

it was quite exciting NOT because of their skill..hehe

but the theme for that day competition is 

"Sugar Paste"

Ok ..let me tell u abit about sugar!

Sugar is not only a ingredient that make your food sweet

But 

also a Decoration Item which is call 'Sugar art"

Sugar art can still be divided in to a few categories

one of them is the call 

"Sugar Paste"

which i going to show u today!

"Sugar Paste" are like plastesine but they are just made out of sugar and glucose

with this you can actually make alot of beautiful art work with it!

For example Cake Decoration or Plate Decoration

This is one if the example that i took from the competition 

Look Cool!! Rite 

when i first look at the art work 

on that moment i feel like making an art work of mine as well..(itchy hand) haha

so i brought back sugar dough to play..hehe

(i took it from the competition because there alot of left over)

haha ^^

The sugar dough is white so it you wan it to be more interesting 

You can actually add a few drops of  'Colouring'

to make it more colourful

This was my First Attempt

Which was Not That BAD As I Excepted!!Haha

I was actually planning on making a Lili Flwower

My Final Piece of Art Work was a rose and some few other funny design

"it was a sucess..hehe because i that flower here look like a rose ..rite!?"

My Dough i brought back is actually Almond Flovour..hehe
